As a child, I regularly received limpias from my grandmother. A candle always lit on the altar, her broom, eggs and whispered prayers guiding me through the years, leading me here. The practices and medicine passed down to me have become an integral part of who I am and how I hold space for myself and others.

Everything we need on our journey to healing has already been embedded in every fiber of our being, having been passed down through our ancestral lineages whether we consciously remember or not. It is my calling to create a natural flow of spaciousness that allows for remembrance of our true, divine essence.
