This workshop is a 3-part journey where you will learn how to use the universally beneficial healing method of Reiki. In addition to receiving your “Level 1” Reiki attunement, we will learn about the history of Reiki, work on connecting and strengthening our intuition and learn energy techniques such as grounding, clearing, and protective boundaries.

In this workshop we will:

• Discuss History of Reiki

• Learn how to connect with and strengthen our intuition

• Practice energetic techniques for grounding, clearing and boundaries

• Receive "Level 1" Reiki attunement

• Set intentions for your healing journey

Please note: It is asked that prior to attending Day 1 that you have received Reiki at some point. It could have been brief, it could have been once and it does not need to have been with me.
