This workshop will guide participants through an exploration of our Base and Sacral energy centers through a series of hip opening and grounding exercises. Our base is associated with our sense of security and stability, while our sacral aligns with our creative and sexuality energy forces. When we work to clear these energy centers, we find ourselves willing to release outdated beliefs so that we can bring in what is aligned for us now.

In sacred space, you will be led through a yin yoga sequence that will focus on opening up these energy centers which will include gentle touch through assisted stretches and supportive massage. Our practice will be sealed with a nourishing sound bath and intentional energy healing which will leave you feeling aligned, grounded and with the clarity needed to move into our next cycle.
