In this workshop you will learn how to make this traditional tonic that will support you through the cooler months. It is an immune-booster, digestive aid and cold remedy. We will learn about the history and benefits of Fire Cider, connect with the medicinal benefits, make a 12 oz jar to take home and learn how to integrate this powerful tonic into your kitchen.
All supplies will be provided but we ask that participants bring a journal and something to write with. Also, if you have your own jar you would like to use, please feel free to bring it.
